Solar lists · LeadsUp

Solar leads without the homes that already went solar.

Every solar list on the market is a database query — homeowner, income band, ZIP. Nothing in that process ever looks at the actual house. So your reps burn dials on roofs that already have a full array on them, and on homes under so much tree cover that no quote will ever pencil. None of that shows up in a database field. All of it is obvious from the air.

  • Every roof checked from above
  • Built to your counties or ZIPs
  • Billed on what survives the check

Only homes that can still go solar.

Why the check matters

A database cannot see a roof full of panels.

Existing arrays, heavy shade, a roof two years from replacement — these are the three reasons a solar conversation dies, and not one of them is recorded anywhere you can filter on. They are all plain to see from above. So that is what happens before the list reaches you, and you are billed on what survives it: $0.03 per record.

What comes off the list

Before tracing
  • Panels already on the roofan array you can see from above
  • Heavy shadehomes under so much canopy that no quote will pencil
  • Homes outside your footprintonly the counties, cities or ZIPs your reps cover

Homes that already have panels are not thrown away — they are tagged separately. Wrong lead for a new install, right lead for battery, storage and service work.

What lands in your hands

Solar lists
  • Owner name and property addressmatched to the parcel, not the street
  • No panels already installedchecked against current aerial imagery
  • Shade, roof condition and usable areathe three things that kill a quote
  • The owner’s best number (Phone 1), with its line typecaller name (CNAM) checked against the owner
  • DNC-flagged against our suppression listbefore the list is handed over
  • $0.03 per recordyou are billed on what survives the check

How it works

From your footprint to a list you can dial.

  1. Pick the market

Tell us the counties, cities or ZIPs your reps actually cover. We build the list to that footprint — not a national dump you have to sort yourself.

  2. Every roof gets looked at

Before a single record reaches you, each property is reviewed from above. Homes with an array already on the roof are taken out, along with the ones buried under canopy where the numbers were never going to work.

  3. You get a list you can dial

What lands in your hands is the owner, the property, the roof assessment, and the owner’s best number (Phone 1) with its line type, the caller name (CNAM) checked against the owner, and DNC flags against our suppression list. Ready for your dialer on day one.

Tell us where you work.

Send us the counties or ZIPs your reps cover and roughly how many homes you can work in a month. We will come back with what is available in that footprint.

Or ask a question first.
