Add Tracer if…
you're on Essentials paying per contact, you trace more than your plan includes, or you want each number checked against the live carrier and the owner's caller ID name before you dial.

PropStream vs. Tracer FAQ
Can I use Tracer with my PropStream lists?
Yes. Export the list from PropStream and upload the CSV as it is. Tracer reads PropStream's column names on its own and traces the owner's mailing address, so absentee owners come back as the owner and not the tenant.
How much does PropStream charge for skip tracing?
On PropStream's pricing page (checked September 23, 2026), skip tracing is 12¢ per contact on the Essentials plan ($99/mo). The Pro ($199/mo) and Elite ($699/mo) plans include skip tracing through PropStream Connect, with additional contacts at 10¢.
Do I have to cancel PropStream?
No. PropStream is a full property-data platform: lists, comps and marketing. Tracer only does the skip trace. Plenty of people keep PropStream for finding properties and send the lists to Tracer to find the owners' phones.
What does 10,000 skip traces cost on Tracer?
$99 as a one-time record pack that never expires. There is no monthly plan and no setup fee.
