Filter owners by county, absentee status (Florida), property type and value, then trace them in the same flow. How many records can I skip trace at once?
Up to 200,000 records in one batch. It runs in the background, so you can close the tab and come back to download the results.
Is bulk skip tracing the same as batch skip tracing?
Yes. Both mean tracing a whole list in one upload instead of one owner at a time. On Tracer a batch can hold up to 200,000 records, and each one gets the same trace as a single lookup.
Do I need to reformat my list first?
Usually not. Tracer recognises the column names used by PropStream, Propwire, BatchLeads, DataTree and most county exports, including headers like "Owner(s) Name" and "Owner Mailing Address". If a column isn't recognised you can map it by hand before the batch starts.

Records you've already traced come back from cache and are not charged again, so re-running an updated list only costs you for the new owners.

What does bulk skip tracing cost?
A 10,000-record pack is $99, and the per-record price drops as the pack gets bigger. Packs never expire.
