REISkip vs. Tracer FAQ
How much does REISkip charge for skip tracing?
On REISkip's pricing page (checked September 23, 2026), skip tracing is $0.15 per match on both the Bulk and Volume options, labeled as introductory pricing, with a minimum of 50 matches (Bulk) or 1,001 matches (Volume). Their FAQ says there is no subscription or setup fee and that they only charge for matches.
Is Tracer cheaper than REISkip?
For most lists, yes. Tracer charges $99 for 10,000 records whether or not every owner matches. At 15¢ per match, REISkip only costs less if fewer than about 7% of your records match.
Can I trace the same list I would send to REISkip?
Yes. Upload a CSV with each owner's name and mailing address. Tracer recognizes the common export headers on its own, and you can map any column it doesn't know by hand.
What's the catch with about 1¢ a record?
You pay per record uploaded, not per match. Owners you've already traced come back from cache free, and your first 100 records are free, so you can check the hit rate on your own list before you buy.
