How much does DealMachine cost?

On DealMachine's pricing page (checked September 23, 2026): Basic is $99 per seat per month with 10,000 data credits per seat, Pro is $149 per seat per month with 20,000 credits per seat, and Scale is $599 per package per month for 100K records and 10 seats. They say you can cancel anytime.

How does DealMachine count skip traces?

In data credits. DealMachine's credits guide says one credit is one unique record, and that pulling a property and its owner uses one property credit plus one people credit. Credits don't roll over; the allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I trace DealMachine lists on Tracer?

Yes. Export the list as a CSV and upload it. Tracer needs each owner's name and mailing address, and it recognizes the common export headers on its own.

Do I have to give up DealMachine?

No. If you find deals by driving for dollars or send mail from DealMachine, keep it for that. Tracer only does the skip trace, and you pay for it once instead of every month.
